Today, we learned through the ups and downs of Joseph’s story how we can share our gifts with others. Though Joseph experiences hardship at the hands of his own brothers including being sold into slavery and put in prison, Joseph finds a way to bravely share his gift of dream interpretation with Pharaoh. Joseph understood that the gift that he’d been given came from God. When asked
for a dream interpretation, Joseph told Pharaoh, “It’s not me. God will give Pharaoh a favorable response” (41:16).
Just like Joseph used God’s strength to share his gifts, children can accept the invitation to rise to the challenge and share their gifts to help others at Snowball Mountain Challenge VBS and beyond!
