The music ministry at St. Luke’s offers a variety of instrumentation and musical selection in the worship experience with the focus and goal of honoring Christ.  We work to create powerful worship experiences that move the congregation towards a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Adult Chorale

This is St. Luke's fun and vibrant adult choir.  We sing a full repertoire of songs from classical to gospel to Americana. The Chorale adds special music to the 8:00a.m., and 9:00a.m. services from September through May. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00PM in the sanctuary. High School thru senior adult singers welcome. No audition required.

Praise Band

The St. Luke's Praise team leads the music for the 11:00a.m. contemporary praise service. Rehearsals are on Wed. evenings from 6:45-7:45pm. Open to High School thru senior adult singers and instrumentalists with a passion for praise music. Audition is required.

Grace Notes (English Bell Choir)
Adult English Handbell Choir. They provide special music approximately once each month. This Choir is directed by Mary Vassalotti.  Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm. Open to High School thru senior adult.  Contact the director of music before attending first rehearsal.

Festival Choir
This is St. Luke's special event choir that sings for our annual Music of Christmas Celebration in early December.  They rehearse once per week on Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:00pm starting early November.
St. Luke's is always looking for quality instrumental players to add special music and color to our worship services. Children are also welcome and encouraged to participate. Talk to Jeff, director of music for opportunities.

Sound and Video Booth

Do you love music but would rather be behind the sound booth rather than in front?

This behind-the scenes ministry operates the audio-visual part of the service. Working with a team, they are responsible for the mixing board and computer for services.  No experience

necessary, training will be provided.

Approximately 1-2 services per month.
