Life Decisions and Legacy Planning Seminar – 

The Seminar series will be a weekly series sponsored by the Foundation.  It will be presented in 45-minute sessions over five Sundays at 10:00 a.m. focusing on life decisions and related planning and challenges.   Dates and topics follow:

September 11th: Estate Planning – Effectively Documenting Your Wishes – Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

September 18th: Leaving a Legacy – Investment and insurance considerations along with communicating plans to family members.

September 25th: Advanced Care Planning Conversations to Respect Your Wishes  – How to think and talk about health care choices with family and physicians. (Alternate Date: October 9th)

October 2nd: Funerals - Advance Planning –  Burial, cremation, and related funeral home considerations.

October 9th: Planning Your Celebration of Life: – Discuss planning your service and related considerations. (Alternate Date: September 25th)
