Welcome to the St. Luke’s Community Directory! Whether you’re a lifelong member, have been attending casually for years, or just started coming this summer… You are part of this community. Church “membership” is not required to be a part of the directory. If this place is important to you, then you belong.
Photo Days
Faces help foster connection! To help build the photo directory, we will offer five opportunities for you and/or your family to have your photo taken. If you are joining the directory, please join at one of these times. If you are unable to make one of these times, you can upload your own photo to your "My St. Luke's Account"
Sundays, September 14th, 21st & 28th | 8:30 - 12:30 a.m.
Wednesdays, September 17th & 24th | 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

How to Access the Directory
REGISTER
Fill out the registration form to opt in to the directory. For the safety and security of our community, you must be included in the directory to access it.
LOG IN

Log in to your My St. Luke’s Account

If you don't have a My St. Luke's Account, filling out the registration form will trigger an account to be created. You should receive an email with login information within 48 hours.

If you do have an account, but don't know your credentials, click "forgot password.

Click on "Directory"
If you are having trouble, you can stop by the directory table on any of the photo days, or contact the church office at 608-831-6084.
MANAGE ACCOUNT

To view your personal information, click on "My Information".

Click the "pencil icon" in the top right to edit.

Note - only name, phone, email, and photo are visible in the directory. Information such as address and birthdate is not listed.

You can add a photo when editing your account. If you have a portrait taken on photo days, it will be uploaded for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can see the directory?
Only individuals who have opted in and received access can view it. It is not publicly available online.

Is my information safe?
Yes! The directory is hosted on a secure platform and only displays the information you choose to share.

Can I update my info later?
Absolutely. You can update or remove your information at any time. Just contact the church office or resubmit the opt-in form.
Do I have to include a photo?
While it's not required, it's highly encouraged. The whole point of a directory is to foster community by helping others put names to faces, especially in a large congregation!
Is there a printed version?
No. The beauty of having this living directory is that it will grow and change as our community grows.
Can I include my kids in our family listing?
Yes. You can choose to include children’s names, ages, or photos—whatever you’re comfortable sharing.

We’d love to include you as soon as you're ready. Once you feel comfortable, just let us know you'd like to be added.
