Why Camp? What do we do?
Your camp experience at camp starts when we arrive on Sunday afternoon and concludes on Friday with closing worship. Youth will be assigned to a cabin with other St. Luke’s youth. You will also get to know new people, as each week they welcome over 300 youth to camp. Each day includes morning chapel, Bible studies, cabin activities, free time, field games and a campfire worship. For over 60 years Camp Wapo has provided a place for youth and young adults to be challenged and inspired to grow in their relationship with God. At camp this summer we will explore the importance of being part of a Christian community and the impact that gathering together in Jesus’ name can have on each other and the world. We will study Jesus’ teachings about relationships and look at communities throughout scripture to better understand how we can live out God’s calling to live
together. We invite you to join in the excitement at Camp Wapo A Place of Grace. A place where faith and fun collide. A place for YOU!
Cost for camp is $450, this includes transportation to and from camp and all meals. There is assistance available, please contact Jay Kiel for more information.
